Down Syndrome Kids
A good publicity campaign for kids with Down’s Syndrome, in Majadahonda (Madrid). 130 artistic photographs, with deeply moving messages. Some of them, here:
“I have an extra chromosome. What is special about you?”
“When I arrived home, my mom and dad didn’t know what to do with me. Now they wouldn’t know how to do without me!”
“The biggest treasure ever found.”
“When I grow up, I’ll be happy. What will you be?”
“Making other people better is not for everyone. Just for the best.”
“Just one of the family.”

Congratulations to the Down Syndrome Foundation Madrid, and to Pablo Herreros, for bringing these photos to the notice of our webmaster:
Wow, it is like God wanted some people to become happy and be like angels on earth. Very interesting and got to love the idea of the billboards on the street.
ReplyDeleteI know. I love the billboard idea. And the photos of the children are so beautiful. What angels.
ReplyDeleteThese are BEAUTIFUL! I was surprised when I read they were in Madrid.
ReplyDeleteDo you know if there are any plans for something like this in USA?
Wouldn't it be awesome if this is done in the USA?
ReplyDeleteThis is amazing! Thanks for sharing this. I love it.
ReplyDeleteIt is so lovely. I would love to see this in person.
