I pledge and support the elimination of the derogatory use of the r-word from everyday speech and promote the acceptance and inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities

    I am a supervisor. If I hear anyone using that word, I call them on it and nip it in the bud....been doing it for years. Adults should know better.
