Target Entertainment has won the global rights to Monster Animation’s new 2D-animated preschool series, Punky, which is the first animated cartoon to feature a lead character with Down Syndrome.
Target will launch the 20 x seven-minute property at MIPCOM Junior this October and will donate half of its sales commissions to Down Syndrome Education International, which pioneers inclusion at schools for all children with the condition.
