Davey is rocking with the school choir

I love the middle school that the boys are attending.  And his core teacher and aides are just the best.  He has grown so much this year already.  So proud of him.  He is 50% mainstreamed and 50% (his core academics) are in an enclosed classroom where he receives individual instruction.  Davey's elective is Choir. And boy does he love it.  Last night was his first concert.  Here are a couple of photos of Davey getting dressed for the performance.  Enjoy.

William is flying high!

William loves airplanes.  And he loves video games.  William has found a way to combine his two loves and has started flying remote controlled airplanes.

When Will decided to learn how to fly these beautiful planes, we researched online a lot of info.  One of the things we found were lessons given by Tokay Remote Control Flyers.  We checked it out and he was hooked.  We try to go every weekend and William gets to fly with his new friends and mentors.

And to top it off, David and Davey found a fatastic RC airplane and supplies while they were garage sale-ing a couple of weeks ago.  William was able to make a maiden flight with his new airplane yesterday.

Davey is one of the coolest kids I know.  And he loves being cool.  And every day he puts a smile on my face just being Davey.  Here is Davey just being a cool dude.

Davey and the dogs were all trying to get the best spot on the bed as Dad was doing some organizing last night.  Dad took a minute to close his eyes and the whole crew decided to join him.  LOL.  And then Davey started with his own brand of humor laughing it up for the camera.

Took a side trip the other day and stopped at the park.  Davey wanted to play on the swings.  I always encourage things that involve exercise and improving skills.  What is better than playing on the swings!
